Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, destination, contact, and inventory details.
• Reserve elevators, parking, loading zones, and building access where required.
• Identify fragile, high-value, oversized, restricted, or hazardous items before move day.

Website use

Do not misuse forms, submit false requests, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access.

Limitation

The website is provided as-is for general information and lead intake. For binding service terms, rely on the written booking confirmation provided by Saturn Star Movers.
