Separate keys from arrival
Record the earliest pickup access, latest departure, destination key collection and delivery window. Flag gaps or conflicting elevator reservations for review.
Trace the carrying route
Describe the floor, number of stairs, elevator size, distance from loading space and any narrow turns. Note whether loading access is shared with other residents.
Prepare a day-of contact
Identify who can open each property and resolve building questions. Keep keys, medication and personal essentials with you. Notify the coordinator if a booking or access condition changes.
