The model in one view

One central system. One accountable local leader.

01

Saturn central infrastructure

Shared brand, operating standards, workflows, playbooks, coordination, and reporting—as each capability becomes operational.

02

You lead the local market

Relationships, follow-up, service oversight, issue resolution, local reputation, and weekly accountability.

03

Service Partners deliver

Approved providers perform the physical relocation work to the agreed customer and operating standards.

You are not joining Saturn to receive a title. You are joining to build a market.

Why Saturn exists

Moving is local. The infrastructure behind it should not be rebuilt city by city.

Customers face inconsistent crews, fragmented communication, unclear expectations, and providers that are difficult to compare. Meanwhile, capable local leaders spend years rebuilding the same brand, quoting, coordination, and reporting machinery.

The Saturn response

Centralize what repeats. Localize what requires trust.

Saturn builds shared infrastructure. The Operator Partner creates the relationships, judgment, follow-through, and reputation that cannot be centralized.

Starting from zero

Build two businesses at once.

Create every system, provider relationship, customer standard, workflow, and feedback loop while also trying to sell and deliver.

Building with Saturn

Focus where a local leader creates value.

Use and improve shared infrastructure while remaining directly accountable for relationships, customer outcomes, and weekly execution.

Early, by design. Honest, by necessity.

Saturn’s central infrastructure is currently being built and refined. Some workflows are operational today; others are manual, in pilot, or in development. During selection and onboarding, Saturn will identify the status of each capability directly.

Build in stages

Start focused. Build repeatability. Earn greater responsibility.

This is an operating vision, not a promise of growth, exclusivity, continuation, or earnings.

What Saturn is building

See the infrastructure—and its actual stage.

We will not present an in-development capability as a finished system. Final public status labels require leadership approval before publication.

The work

What the week actually looks like.

  • Build a deliberate weekly referral pipeline
  • Respond to and advance local opportunities
  • Prepare customers and coordinate handoffs
  • Observe service quality and close communication gaps
  • Own recovery when an experience falls short
  • Review the scorecard and commit to next actions
First 90 days

Learn. Execute. Improve.

Days 1–30

Learn and map

Complete onboarding, learn the current systems, map the territory, define target relationships, and establish a weekly operating rhythm.

Days 31–60

Build and execute

Begin focused outreach, follow up opportunities, support early service delivery, and document friction in the operating playbook.

Days 61–90

Improve and account

Strengthen the referral pipeline, improve handoffs and recovery, and lead a weekly performance review with clear next actions.

Proposed economics

Performance-based, with no guaranteed base.

The proposed Operator Partner share is [35%] of clearly defined distributable territory net profit.

Territory revenue − agreed direct costs − agreed territory expenses = distributable territory net profit

Proposed Operator Partner share = [35%] of that amount.
LEGAL/COMMERCIAL REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE PUBLISHING

There is no guaranteed base salary, income, territory revenue, lead volume, profit, or distribution. Results may be zero or negative. Definitions, timing, expenses, reserves, tax treatment, relationship status, termination rights, and all other terms require a written agreement and independent legal and commercial review.

Success without earnings claims

Look for operating evidence.

  • Consistent, professional local follow-up
  • A growing network of real referral relationships
  • Clear customer communication and reliable handoffs
  • Fast, fair ownership of service issues
  • Accurate weekly reporting and action commitments
  • Constructive improvements to shared playbooks
Self-assessment

Responsibility matters more than status.

We would rather receive twenty honest applications than two hundred vague ones.

You may be a strong fit if…

  • You can commit full-time during launch
  • You initiate professional local conversations
  • You follow up after the first “not now”
  • You protect the customer when something goes wrong
  • You report numbers and problems accurately
  • You want responsibility more than a title

Do not apply if…

  • You are looking for passive income
  • You need a guaranteed paycheque immediately
  • You expect central marketing to replace local sales
  • You avoid difficult customer or partner conversations
  • You need every system to be finished on day one
  • You resist weekly performance accountability
Founder letter

Build the system and the territory.

We are building Saturn around a simple conviction: local service businesses become stronger when infrastructure and local accountability are designed together. This is not a polished franchise package or a promise of easy earnings. It is an invitation to help build a disciplined operating system while taking responsibility for one market. If you want meaningful ownership of the work—and the candour of an early-stage build—we should talk.
